Lawyers often struggle with large and sometimes, seemingly, unmanageable assignments and workloads. In addition, the work-life balance is increasingly a large component of a fulfilling work experience that permits attorneys to be better advocates for clients. With billable hours, commercial pressures, and other difficulties weighing heavily upon attorneys, it is important to keep in mind how attorneys can better manage their time.

Join us live or via webinar! This course is APPROVED for one hour of GENERAL OR ETHICS CLE credit by the State Bar of Georgia Commission on Continuing Lawyer Competency. This CLE is intended for lawyers interested in learning some of the common mistakes as well as “worst-case scenarios” that they may encounter in the practice of law. Specifically, the presentation will focus on a discussion of examples of ethical and professional issues related to attorney conduct as well as information on attorney discipline and the process. The presenter, Douglas Chandler, will help attorneys be more aware of frequently recurring ethical pitfalls in the contemporary practice of law. Finally, attorneys will be reminded of attorney misconduct, including behaviors to avoid, and malpractice avoidance.
